Went for first time on Valentine's Day. Yes, they were busy, waited at the bar about 50 minutes. Ordered off the Gluten Free menu. Waiter was apologetic that my order was messed up by the chef and had to be remade. The manager came over to apologize, too. They were very attentive to our needs, service was great and the food was awesome. Dessert was free.

Enjoyable for a regular night out. Parking is easy and in a huge lot. We find that if the wait is too long to be seated, the bar area works just as fine. The bartenders are fast and efficient. The manager even walks around and asks how our food and drinks were. Outstanding service. The food is just like any other Olive Garden: regular...makes you wish there was a Carabbas nearby.

Ordered To Go service. The servers were helpful and my food was ready when expected. Salad and appetizer sampler was good, as was the kids meal. (Generous portions.) however, my chicken Parmesan (which I was charged for) was, instead, soggy eggplant. The linguini on the side was even soggier. Unfortunately, since I was only visiting the area for one night, I won't be able to complain in person.

Excellent service, good menu selections, decent wine list, clean and neat. My wife and I had the two for $25 meal. The selections were good and on our table quickly. The meal was hot, tasty, reasonably priced and ample. A nice change of pace for Santa Fe.

Out for a spontaneous meal with a friend we ordered the 2 for $25 special. The bread sticks when they arrived were crusty and hard. The salad was drenched in dressing. We ordered the Brushetta Calamari as the appetizer. The Brushetta was presented well and tasted okay. My friend ordered the Tuscan Garlic Chicken. It looked good and she didn't complainat all. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. It was mushy, thin sliced and the breading was soggy. I didn't want to say anything to the waiter as I was with a friend I hadn't seen in a while so I didn't want to make our dinning experience uncomfortable. The waiter was great in service but I would have been embarassed serving the dishes we were served. Aside from our great conversation and time spent talking about our ministries I would have to say that was the worst dinner I've tasted in a long time. Come on Olive Garden where is the passion in your chefs?

Received excellent service from our waiter but the chicken entree was very undercooked. They took the piece back and cooked it longer but by then it had lost its appeal. It seems like this is a pretty basic thing and a possible health issue.

Had the unlimited salad, bread stocks, was crowded so we ate at the bar, awesome service & salad. Nice decor too...

Anneke (our server was awesome! She gave us great suggestions helped us with our indecisiveness. The food came out and it was great! I had the braised beef tortellini and it was cooked just right with good consistency in the sauce. All and all one of the better olive gardens out there.

Had the Southern Tour of Italy, have to admit the Northern tour is better. Food was great service great, pace of meal was good. I'm sure I'll be back

I visited the Oliver Garden a few weeks ago in Santa Fe and was initially impressed with the service. We ordered a few drinks at the bar for lunch as well as a meal. It seemed as if the bartender was overwhelmed with drink orders and he was running behind. I then witnessed a manager, later found his name to be Dan, was yelling at the servers waiting for drinks, telling them to get back to work and stop slacking off. I was appalled that a manager would yell at employees in public and within ear shot of customers. On a positive note, the food was really good!

Arrived for dinner, restaurant is pretty empty but the wait is still 45 minutes somehow. I'm a party of 2. Gave them 2 stars cause the food is usually pretty good anyway.

Well it's been over a year since I've reluctantly been to this restaurant, and my opinion hasn't really changed. The pasta at this location is incredibly poor. So poor, in fact, that my 16 year old sister took one bite of her ravioli dish and asked her mom to try it because, "Mom, it tastes weird!"... I had another version of the same ravioli plate and after 2 bites, I too passed on eating any more of it. Frankly, I make pasta dishes that 100% times more edible than what I experienced today. I did box up my leftovers tho... Kind of thinking that I might have to take it to a testing lab to see WHAT REALLY IS IN THIS TERRIBLE DISH... With that said, the ice water there was excellent, but instead of putting the lemon wedge on the rim of the glass, like most real restaurants do (because frequently, lemons in these restaurants aren't washed and you can get food poisoning)... This Olive Garden location had already submerged the lemon in the water... I was totally creeped out. The Olive Garden does get one star for their salad and salad dressing, which is addictive. And our service was great. I just wish the pasta dishes were edible.

Outstanding customer service by a well trained and friendly staff! The food is always wonderful. First time at this particular Olive Garden , it was excellent! Jacobi even split the check and didn't even question it. We got dessert to go and he packaged up our food for us!

Was staying in Santa Fe and decided to hit up something I knew before diving into the food of the southwest. Service in this Olive Garden is not the best. Coming from California, I know Olive Garden service and this definitely was not it. You see, I had my mother and sister waiting for me before I got there. So knowing they had secured a table for my wife and I, I walked in and was practically ignored by the woman who was seating everyone. I explained to her that my mother had got us a table and I asked if I could go on back and find her. She replied to me with "sure what ever". After that kind of response I knew this wasn't going to be the best experience. After my wife and I found my mother and sister, we placed our orders. The waitress treated us very well. The food came timely and everything was delicious. Refills weren't offered but that was fine. So here we are at the end of our meal and quiet conversations and the waitress brings the check. She asks if we need boxes and I say sure. So you know, expecting the unique service of your server boxing your food for you that Olive Garden offers...I received none of it. Our server didn't box our food but she did give us a fresh pack of breadsticks. So I guess that made up it. Overall: Service is mediocre and the food is great here.

Terrible service at this location watched people with the same server receive their food 20 min before we even got bread sticks. (we were seated half an hour before they arrived) drink were not filled food didn't come out in a timely manner. But the food was good. Very very dissatisfied with service and timeliness

Great for an Olive Garden. Nice, clean and spacious. Omar was our server and he was great. Very friendly and efficient.

The fried mozzarella is very good. The stuffed mushrooms are terrible. Our server was good and prompt. The bill wasn't too high either. Nothing beats the breadsticks!

My wife and I had a ok time. First when we are going to sit down with the hostess we find out that two women decided they would sit there. So appologetically we are told it will be a while longer. We get sat a few minutes later and enjoy some margaritas and the free bread and salad, which sadly was better than the actual food. I got the short ribs which were ok but the rice and sauce mix in the middle of the plate was not. When it came time to go the waitress quickly put my rice slop in a box though I didn't want to take it. I'm not opposed to paying 50 dollars for a good meal, but in my oppinion I payed 50 dollars for the free bread, salad, and margaritas, which were all great.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
